School Days

I have A LOT to blog!! I guess I will just start small.. baby steps. :) Here are some pictures from Joseph's and Jackson's first day of school.  Joseph is in the 3rd grade and Jackson is in Preschool. :)

I was worried about how Jackson would do on his first day. He started out wanting to go, but as the morning went on.. he went from all smiles to this...

I told him I wouldn't leave him there if he was scared or sad. That got him in the door. :) Luckily it ended up being an orientation day where the parents got to stay the whole day. It really eased his transition. The second day of class he was completely fine and all he needed was a kiss and a hug from Mommy before staying (ok I admit it, it was me that needed the kiss and  hug). Joseph's school had a back to school parade with popsicles afterwards....
